Transportation Services Policies
1. Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Flexible Reservations: Changes to reservations are subject to the operational zones. If the change involves the same route, it will be made at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation is made one week in advance, 100% of the amount will be refunded. If made between 3 and 6 days before the service, 50% will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Included Services
- Punctuality: We guarantee that our services depart 30 minutes before the flight’s arrival to ensure customer comfort. Additionally, we track the flight to coordinate our arrival accordingly.
- Safety: Our vehicles are covered by valid UMBRELLA LIABILITY INSURANCE IN DOLLARS, meeting high safety standards.
- Qualified Staff: We employ professionals with over 10 years of experience in tourism transportation, certified and proficient in a second language.
- Included Extras: We provide bottled water and luggage assistance for all passengers.
3. Safety Policies
- Our vehicles are disinfected and cleaned after each use.
- All passengers are covered by transportation insurance.
- We operate in strict compliance with local regulations and employ fully certified drivers.
4. Luggage Policy
- For private services, each passenger may carry as many suitcases as necessary at no additional cost, provided that the vehicle’s space allows.
- For shared services, we request that passengers inform us in advance about the number and size of their luggage to ensure comfort and safety for everyone.
- Additional or special luggage (such as bicycles or surfboards) must be notified at the time of booking to arrange the necessary space.
- We are not responsible for damaged or lost luggage that was not properly declared before boarding.
5. Pricing Policies
- Transparency: We display itemized rates that include service costs, taxes, and tolls.
- Discounts: We offer special rates for round trips and large groups.
- Fixed Prices: We do not currently apply dynamic pricing; our rates remain stable except for specific agreements with major agencies.
6. Customer Service
- Our service hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- We are committed to responding to inquiries within a maximum of 24 hours.
- We collect customer feedback through TripAdvisor surveys and Google Forms to enhance our services. The information provided by our customers is used exclusively for internal company purposes and is never shared with third parties.
